Marek's Collier House

"What a refreshing change to Marco. I love all our restaurants but The Collier House deserves a 5 star review. Between Austin at the bar making great cosmos to Sergio at the table and then Fran wrapping up the evening, how could it not exceed expectations! The ribs far exceeded our expectations, the sides! We order the deviled eggs, excellent as well. They have obviously worked hard on sound control as it was never an issue and the space is beautiful! If you can get in and enjoy the evening it is well worth it! Congratulations to The Collier House, we appreciate you and what you’ve brought to the table!"

"We had a wonderful NYE dinner at Marek’s. My lobster was phenomenal and my family members enjoyed their steaks and crab cakes. We also enjoyed the deviled eggs, “drunken berries” dessert, and the “Flight Risk” and “Tequila Mockingbird” cocktails. However the best part of the experience was the service. All members of the staff were attentive and cheerful, but our server Brian made the experience wonderful with his enthusiasm and attention to detail."

"Beautiful restaurant. However, it’s very crowded and loud. The staff is excellent. The servers work extremely hard. Every effort is made to ensure your meal is to your liking. The food was ok, with the exception of the ribs, which were some of the best ever. Gumbo, shrimp and grits were fine."
